By using Resume Arab, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Resume Arab is an AI-powered resume/CV building and career-preparation platform — this is our core product. Resume Arab is not a recruitment agency, job portal, or placement service, and does not guarantee employment, visas, interviews, or salaries. Resume Arab may introduce additional AI-powered career and productivity tools over time; all such tools are governed by these same Terms unless stated otherwise.
3. Job Listings Are Paid Advertisements
Resume Arab displays job-related listings from third-party recruitment offices and employers as paid advertisements, similar to a classifieds/advertising platform. Resume Arab is the publisher of these ads, not the employer, recruiter, or placement agency. Each advertiser is asked to complete our verification process before their listing can carry a "Verified" badge. A Verified badge reflects that our internal verification was completed based on the information provided — it is not a guarantee of the job, salary, visa, or that the employer is risk-free. You must independently verify any employer before making a payment or sharing documents.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Resume Arab.
5. Payments
Prices are listed in INR and processed securely via Razorpay. Applicable taxes may be added.
6. Refund Policy
Since a CV is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds are limited. A refund or regeneration is offered only if the service failed to deliver a CV due to a technical fault on our side, subject to review.
7. User Responsibilities
You confirm that the information you enter is true and belongs to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of your CV, and for independently verifying any advertiser or listing before acting on it.
8. No Employment Guarantee
A professional CV improves your presentation to employers; it does not guarantee a job, interview, visa, or salary.
9. Intellectual Property
The Resume Arab brand and templates are owned by Job Al Arab Pvt Ltd. Data you enter remains yours.
10. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". Resume Arab is not liable for the actions of third-party advertisers, employers, or recruiters. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
11. Termination
We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction applicable to Job Al Arab Pvt Ltd.
